Every price is based on a single hourly rate — EUR 30/hour + VAT. The table shows starting bases; you'll get the final price in a proposal before any work begins.

Base hourly rate: EUR 30/hour + VAT. All 'from EUR X' prices are starting points — the final price is set after the technical brief is agreed. Smaller jobs (under 5 hours) are billed at the hourly rate.

How we price

Three clear steps to a fixed price

We never hide prices or terms. Here is how we go from your request to a concrete proposal.

  1. Step 1 · within 3 working days

    Free audit

    You fill in a request form with process descriptions, screenshots of current systems, or a link to your existing site. Within 3 working days we send back analysis: what's worth automating or replacing, which tools fit, how long it takes.

  2. Step 2 · after the audit

    Technical brief and proposal

    After the audit we prepare a technical brief — concrete requirements, a rollout schedule and an hour estimate. We add a fixed price based on the EUR 30/hour rate. You can confirm with a single email reply. The document stays yours even if we never start the work.

  3. Step 3 · after sign-off

    Implementation and delivery

    Work begins. Regular check-ins (weekly or by milestone, whatever fits you). Delivery comes with English documentation, credentials and a 30-day warranty. Support is an option, not a requirement.

About the process, prices and timelines

Do you handle design too, or just development?

Both. We prepare design in Figma / Astro — you sign off on mockups before we touch code. If you have your own designer or an existing brand book, we work from your material.

How long does a typical project take?

Counted from technical brief sign-off, not from the audit. Faster is possible — but it raises the risk of mistakes.

  • Landing page: 1–2 weeks

  • WooCommerce store: 4–6 weeks
  • CRM rollout: 2–3 weeks
  • Custom CRM or internal app: 4–8 weeks
What is a 'technical brief' and why does it matter?

It's a document we prepare after the audit — listing concrete requirements, rollout phases, hour estimates, tools and acceptance criteria. Without it, a fixed price is impossible.

The document is yours — even if we don't sign a contract, it stays with you and you can take it to other vendors.

Is a support retainer mandatory after the project ends?

No. After delivery you get all credentials, code and documentation — the project belongs to you. A retainer is an option for those who want us to keep improving the product, updating dependencies and monitoring it. You can sign one later too, even if you skipped it at the start.

Do you also rebuild or update existing websites?

Yes. We start with an audit: what to keep, what to rework, what to replace entirely. Often migrating to a more modern stack (e.g. from old WordPress to Astro or a fresher WooCommerce version) is enough — without rewriting all the content. Price depends on the migration scope.

Do you work with existing CRMs that are a mess?

Yes. Often what's needed is order, not a new tool: redoing imports, cleaning duplicates, adding automations, integrating with other systems. The audit shows whether tidying the existing CRM is enough or migration is worth it.

What if we want to add new features mid-project?

We discuss it separately. Small tweaks (under 2–3 hours) fit inside the existing estimate. Larger changes — updated technical brief and an additional proposal. We never start extra work without your explicit go-ahead on the price.
