Daily data shuffling
Every morning the bookkeeper opens five windows and manually moves orders from email into the accounting system. Sometimes mistakes slip in. Always — fatigue does.
We help small and mid-sized businesses automate repetitive processes — without an IT department, without system overhauls.
No calls needed · 3–5 processes · report in 3 working days
A familiar picture
Repetitive work tends to become invisible. Seeing it is the first step toward automating it.
Every morning the bookkeeper opens five windows and manually moves orders from email into the accounting system. Sometimes mistakes slip in. Always — fatigue does.
The owner still creates VAT invoices in Excel or Word and emails them out. Each invoice — 4–6 minutes. Over a month it adds up to a full working day.
The same five questions land in info@ every day: delivery time, price list, how to book, do you have availability, where is the invoice. Someone on the team answers them three times a day.
At the start of each month the office manager pulls numbers from the bank, the e-shop and an Excel sheet, and stitches together a report for the owner. Half a working day. Errors happen.
If even one of these scenes feels familiar — there is something to automate in your business.
Concrete examples
Almost every repetitive office task has an automated counterpart. Click a category to see specific jobs.
Don't see your process? We'll find it during the audit — almost any repetitive task has an automated equivalent we can deploy in 2–4 weeks.
Business value
Automation isn't a goal in itself — the goal is your team's time, money and peace of mind.
Time
An average repetitive office process eats 30 minutes to 2 hours a day. Automating 3–5 processes wins back 2–4 hours that you can spend on clients, growth or simply letting the team breathe.
Money
At an average loaded rate of EUR 15/hour, 3 hours per day × 20 working days = EUR 900 per month. Over a year — north of EUR 10,000. Automation investments typically pay back in 3–6 months.
Errors
Manual work means inevitable mistakes: a missed order, a wrong invoice, a forgotten reply. An automated process behaves the same way every time. Errors don't vanish completely, but they drop several times over.
Scale
Without automation: 2× the customers usually means about 2× the staff. With automation: repetitive processes stay the same length even when volume multiplies. You scale without the added weight.
How it works
No surprises, no hidden costs, no long IT project.
Text request · free
You fill in a detailed request form describing 3–5 processes and attach screenshots of the systems you use today. Within 3 working days we send back a report: which processes can be automated, which tools we'd use, how long it takes and what it costs. No meetings, no calendar back-and-forth, no commitment.
Within 3 working days
We prepare a technical plan — which tools, what the rollout looks like, what it costs. We agree on priorities: what we start with, what waits for a second wave. Only after your sign-off do we move to implementation.
2–4 weeks
We build the automation, test it on your real data and train your team to use it. After go-live — a 30-day warranty and support: if something breaks, we fix it free of charge.
Who it's for, who it's not
So we don't waste your time or ours.
FAQ
The audit (process review and proposal) is free. The price of an automation project depends on the scope:
All prices are based on a single hourly rate — EUR 30/hour + VAT. You see the final price in the proposal before we start; we never hide it or the terms. Other services (websites, e-commerce, CRM rollouts, custom internal apps) — separate price list on the /paslaugos page.
No. The audit is text-based and asynchronous: you fill in a detailed request form with screenshots, we send back analysis and a proposal within 3 working days. It saves your time and lets us go deeper into the actual processes. If clarification is needed — we exchange emails or, if you prefer, schedule a short call.
Audit — answer within 3 working days. The first simple process goes live within 2 weeks of project start. More complex ones — up to 4 weeks. If we automate several processes in parallel, we sequence them by your priorities.
No. We build it, show you how to use it and leave English documentation. After go-live — you can reach out anytime, but day-to-day work runs without an IT person.
Yes, when done properly. We use GDPR-compliant tools (n8n self-hosted, EU-region cloud, Microsoft / Google Workspace with EU data residency). Secrets (keys, passwords) are stored encrypted, never shared with third parties. The exact setup is described in the plan before we start.
Automations are built modularly — moving to a new system usually means swapping a single connector, not redoing the whole solution. We treat this as the standard, not the exception.
Both. We use n8n — an open-source automation platform that connects to 400+ systems. If a connector doesn't exist out of the box — we build it through the API.
You get all the credentials and documentation — the automation belongs to you. If you'd like, we can keep maintaining and improving it on a retainer; if not, we leave a working solution and you're free to move on.
